I went to the same Catholic school as Liz. We met there, but she was younger than me, so I didn’t talk to her. IYKYK

I’m a childless-by-choice life coach who married her high school sweetheart (it’s not nearly as midwestern wholesome as it sounds. I mean, he’d been dating my best friend a few days before we got together). I offer spiritual breathwork journeys, talk to trees and I also think everything is weird. Including myself, obviously. 

Needless to say, I love the Pacific Northwest and all its oddities.

I was raised in a Midwestern Catholic family. With a dad who talks about the weather and thanks waitstaff “for their hospitality.” Can't get much more Midwest than that!

I’m a new mom on a personal development journey to recover from being a midwestern people pleaser.  I love otters, ranch dressing, and dad jokes.
